  4. Another Sandie classmate gone too soon. While Lance and I didn’t run in the same circles in our school days, we always seemed to like each other, and I respected his passion and excellence with bikes and cars. We reconnected on Facebook a few years ago, and it was great to see that Lance was still who he always was in many ways. I know he will be missed by those closest to him, and you all will be in my prayers as you mourn your loss and celebrate his life in the coming days.

  5. I went thru elementary school with Lance, and Amarillo High School. Really nice guy and well liked. I remember his truck in high school was an older Chevy with an awesome paint job. The tailgate had “Tumbleweed” across the back and his license plate read T-WEED . Something he had obviously worked on himself, and was really proud of it. I remember in 4th grade we had a horrible mean teacher, Miss Holland. She for some reason lit into Lance and made him cry. I remember how difficult it was to see this tough, motocross, dirt bike kid reduced to tears in front of the entire class. I will never forget that . I know that he will be missed by many who knew him.

  6. I am so sorry for your loss. I new Lance he was a great guy. He will be missed. He was a good friend of mine and my husbands. We did have some fun times together.
