Laura Ivon Arredondo, 33, of Dumas, TX passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2023.
Funeral Services will be held at 5:00 P.M. on Friday, October 20, 2023 at Boxwell Brothers Memorial Chapel, 500 N. Maddox. The family ask that everyone in attendance please wear white to honor Laura. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors of Dumas.
Laura was born on August 12, 1990 in Las Cruces, New Mexico to Conrado and Maria Elena Arredondo. She graduated from Dumas High School and had worked at JBS the past four years. She was a wonderful, strong, independent single mom who loved her kids more than anything. She enjoyed cruising and smoking, going on vacations, and spending time with family. She had a very bubbly, loud personality. She would be there for anyone in a time of need and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by a daughter, Jocelyn Adali Palma of Dumas; a son, Damian Andres Hernandez of Dumas; her mother, Maria Elena Aguilar Arredondo of Dumas; her father, Conrado Arredondo of Juarez, Mexico; two sisters, Ana Arredondo and Valeria Arredondo, both of Dumas; a brother, Ivan Arredondo of Dumas; and her grandparents, Gerardo and Juana Aguilar of El Paso.
