Linda Sue Kowing, 68, of Dumas, TX died May 21, 2023.
Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 1, 2023, at Boxwell Brothers Memorial Chapel, 500 N Maddox Ave.
Linda was born November 20, 1954, in Liberal, KS to David and Ruth Witzke. Linda married Greg Kowing on March 4, 1972, in Liberal, KS. She lived in Dumas since 1973 and worked for Swift for 32 years. She loved to read.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Larry Witzke; her sister (and best friend), Sharen Witzke.
Survivors include her husband, Greg Kowing, of Dumas, TX; a son, Kristian Kowing and wife Tammy Elliott Kowing, of Burkburnett, TX; daughter, Misty Kowing, of Amarillo, TX; two brothers, Rodney Witzke of Amarillo, TX, and Jimmy Witzke, of Olathe, KS; and grandchildren, Kelsey Kowing, Eli Hernandez, and Noah Lara.
