Lois Lorrain Beckwith
Lois Lorrain Beckwith, 85 of Amarillo, Texas, passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2024.
Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at Llano Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel, with Alan Williamson officiating. Burial will be at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, Amarillo.
Lois was born on January 19, 1939, in Amarillo, Texas to Ollie T. Sprouse and Vera Lorrain Sprouse.
She enjoyed quilting, fishing, car races, wrestling, and spending time with her grandkids and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ollie and Vera; three brothers, Jim, Marvin, and Bob; one sister Sue Drerup; husband, Hollis; son, Wesley; granddaughter, Holly; and grandson, Nicolas.
She is survived by three sons, Kenneth of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Jerry and wife Mary of Amarillo, Texas, Carl of Tucumcari, New Mexico; daughter Debbie Lee and husband Brent Lee of Amarillo; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In memory of Lois, the family requests donations to BCS Hope Fund, 701 Park Place Avenue, Amarillo, Texas, 79101.
