Lorea Mae Andrews, 90, of Amarillo, Texas passed away on May 7, 2023.
Services will be at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, May 11, 2023, in the Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel with Greg Corona officiating. Burial will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Lorea was born in Childress, Texas on August 30, 1932, to Crody and Velma Briggs. She married Raymond Andrews, Sr. in Childress, Texas on April 16, 1948.
Lorea worked as a supervisor for Levi Strauss.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Andrews, Sr.; and sister, Rusty Gingo.
She is survived by her daughters, Caroline Whitacre and husband Johnny, and Debbie Armbruster and husband Steve, all of Amarillo, Texas; sons, Raymond Andrews, Jr. and wife Tina, and Jerry Andrews and wife Judy, all of Amarillo, Texas; sister, Irene Richardson, Bend, Oregon; eight grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren; and twenty-six great-great-grandchildren.
