Margie Diaz Bryant, 68, of Amarillo, TX gained her angel wings on Saturday, February 8, 2020.

Margie was born on April 25, 1951 in Midland, Texas to Maria and Margarito Diaz.  She graduated from Midland Lee High School and earned a nursing degree from Amarillo College.  She worked for BSA Hospital for several years as a registered nurse.

She loved cooking, playing pool and being around all her family.

She married James George Bryant on December 7, 2001 in Arlington, Texas.

She is survived by her husband Jim Bryant, of Amarillo; four children, Edward Pacheco and wife Stephanie of Amarillo, TX; Debra Morales and Crystal of Fort Worth, TX; Victor Morales of Fort Worth, TX;  Melinda Goforth and husband Billy of Grand Prairie, TX; and Rudy Jr. Pacheco and wife Neomi of Amarillo, TX; two sisters, Delia White and husband Don of Amarillo, TX and Esmeralda Mills and husband Curt of Plano, TX; four brothers, Paul Diaz and wife Elida, Jessie Diaz and wife Brenda; Roy Diaz and wife Melissa; and Michael Diaz and wife Dolores, all of Amarillo, TX; nine grandchildren, Ashlen, Kavyn, Johnny, Christian, Jennifer, Stephanie, Hailee, Leilah, Rudy III; one great-grandchild, Cruz; and numerous nieces and nephews that were like grandchildren to her.

Rosary will be at 6:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 11, 2020 in Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel.     Mass will be at 12:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 12, 2020 in St. Joseph Catholic Church.  Burial will be in Llano Cemetery.  Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.  A meal will be served following the funeral services at St. Joseph.

The family will be at 5212 Westgate Dr.
