Margie Louise Johnson, 69, of Dumas, died on Friday, March 24, 2023.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 in Shamrock at the Shamrock Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors of Dumas, 500 N. Maddox.
Margie was born on November 8, 1953 in El Paso to Murvel and Mary Lou Smith. She married Donnie Johnson on September 15, 1972 in Amarillo. She had been a resident of Dumas for many years and had worked at the Dumas Jr. High as a secretary over 15 years. She enjoyed crafting, reading, and music. She was a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
She is survived by a son, Jeremy Johnson of El Reno, Ok.; a daughter, Amanda Johnson of Odessa; a brother, Marlin Smith of Highland Village; two grandchildren, Gage Johnson and wife Kimber, and Kohanna Roberts; and one great grandchild. Deklyn Johnson.
