Martha Keeble Mata, 85, of Amarillo, Texas passed away on March 13, 2024.
Services will be at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, March 20, 2024, in the Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel, 2800 Paramount Blvd., with Dr. G. A. Roach officiating. Burial will follow in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.
Martha was born in Fort Thompson, South Dakota on October 31, 1938, to Mark and Gracie Keeble. She married Jose “Henry” Mata, Sr., on January 1, 1959, in Amarillo, Texas. She loved to sew, play Bingo, Dallas Cowboys Football, and her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jose “Henry” Mata, Sr.; daughter, Mona-Lisa Keeble Mata; and great-grandchildren, King and Jose.
Martha is survived by two daughters, Tonia Lopez and husband Alberto, and Belinda Rodriguez and husband Carlos; son, Jose Mata Jr. and wife Beatrice; grandchildren, Alicia Lopez, Isaiah Lopez, Marc Mata, Yvette Rodriguez, Carlos Rodriguez, Yvonna Rodriguez, Jennifer Jones and husband Brice, and Yvette Pina; and great-grandchildren, AJ, Issac, Adrian, Charlotte, Ashton, Asire, Samuel, Koelenzie, Brice Jr., Michael, Riccy, Adan, Julissa, Audrina, Dominic, and Damien.
