I was fortunate enough to know both Martha and her husband, Hub. Hub and I both worked for Combustion Engineering. My husband, Lou, and I met Martha several times when she came to CT with Hub. She always had such a bright outlook on life, laughed a lot and enjoyed being with people. Martha and I wrote e-mails almost weekly; we agreed on many social/political issues. (Of course, Martha made fun of my New England accent and I, in return, had a field day with her Southern accent). She was a delightful person and will be missed.
I
Will miss your beautiful smile and quick wit.
