Megan Hogan, 28, of Amarillo, TX died on November 9, 2019.

Services will be at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Trinity Fellowship Church West Auditorium with Larry Miles officiating. Burial will be at Claude Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, Amarillo.

Megan was born in Oklahoma City, OK on September 28, 1991 to Gwen Hogan. She graduated from Claude High School in 2010. Megan earned her bachelor’s degree from West Texas A&M University and she had worked as an R.N. at BSA Hospital ICU. She loved to spend time with her family.

She is survived by her fiancé, James Janssen and his daughter Tinsley Griffith, of Amarillo; brothers, Chris Montgomery, of Oklahoma City, Tim Roberts, of Amarillo, B.J. Hogan, of Oklahoma City, and Tyler Hogan, of Oklahoma City; sisters, Rhada Smith, of Amarillo, Julie Collins, of Wellington, TX, Holly Johnson, of Amarillo, and Ashly Hogan, of Amarillo; and numerous blessed nieces and nephews.

  2. Prayers for her family. I worked with megan a few times in transports of patients and she is a very sweet girl who was taken from us too soon. Miss you megan.

  5. She was an awesome nurse! My mom was in and out of BSA for a few years and we seemed to always be blessed with her as a nurse! She was the most kind and loving person we encountered at the hospital!!! Prayers for her family and friends during this sudden loss!

  13. This sweet angel was a God send to me 3 years ago. She took such good care of me in the hospital. She was gentle and kind. She was thoughtful to my needs. I still talk about her when the subject comes up of my hospital stay. This breaks my heart. My prayers go out to her family. The world is so much darker without her.
