  1. I loved getting to know Michael while he was with United Supermarkets and then later with he and the family shopping at Market Street. He was a fine man
    My condolences

  2. I worked with Michael and Lauren when Cannon was born pre-mature and remember those first long months because Michael wanted his son to come home. He bore it with patience and even some humor, but it weighed on him and I felt bad for him.

I remember how he would light up when he talked about home-brewing and rockets back then, and some of the stories he would tell. It was always fun to listen to because he enjoyed it so much and had a lot of fun flying them.

  3. Michael was the sweetest man. I remember my husband and I hanging out with him, Lauren, and Cannon several years ago. Michael and Toby would “nerd out” on technology and farming while Lauren and I visited and watched our kids play. I always admired how much Michael clearly adored Lauren and Cannon. He will be missed and my heart goes out to his family.

  4. So sorry to hear about Michael. His sister Shantell is our daughter in-law. Prayers for the family.

  5. Michael had a zeal for life that I have not seen any other. I’ve never met someone who would jump head first into any interesting subject or field quite like he did. Yet of the many things that I will miss about him, his wicked sense of humor is what I will miss the most.

The world has lost a great person, and sadly seems less bright and vibrant.

Lauren, Cannon and all of Michael’s family will be in my thoughts.

  6. I love you brother. You’re going to be missed for the rest of days. Next time I curse my printer I’ll do it in your memory.

  7. Michael was a very kind soul. I know he loved his dear Lauren so very much. You’re all in my prayers.
