  1. Best grandmother ever! You will be missed. Wish I would have spent more time with you the last few years. Thanks for always being there no matter what!

  2. I never remember JoAnn talking much about her relationship with (or belief in) Jesus….but words are cheap. Actions speak so much louder than words and her actions spoke volumes. If you were one of her people, she loved you unconditionally and forever – No Matter What! So many people profess their love of Jesus, yet they treat other humans horribly, which I believe breaks God’s heart. JoAnn set such a greater example of being more Christ-like than most ‘Christians’ who simply use empty words, then reveal their cold hypocritical hearts with their actions that in no way reflect God’s love and forgiveness. May JoAnn’s life example teach us all to be more kind, more forgiving, more loving…more Christ-like. Rest in Peace, Sweet Lady!

  3. So sorry for your loss.she was always so sweet. I also remember Shelia and I could talk to her about anything. She had a beautiful smile . Very precious lady.

  4. She was the best grandmother a person could have! She was known as “Mammy” to us grandkids and great grandchildren! You will be missed! I love you Mammy! Your place in Heaven is going to be mighty special!
