  1. My deepest condolences to the Urrutia family. May God give you peace and comfort through this difficult time. I will never forget Pedro Old. Many memories of him attempting to tell me a story or give me advice with his broken English, and how expressive he was with his hands when he talked. I always have and always will love to comically impersonate him. He had a beautiful family of which I will always hold dear to my heart. There will always be an emptiness without his presence here, but there is comfort in knowing that he is with our Heavenly Father.

  2. Dad, after the Dr. visit you asked me “if there was hope for you”!. I said, yes! Dr. said your heart was good and so was your lungs. I told you dad that there’s always hope in God but you had kidney failure and cancer had spread. You walked in the house and asked mom to forgive you and later that evening December 24th, you gather all the kids together and asked us to forgive you as well. And we did because we loved you. The events that followed next summarizes the Love of God for you because the Holy Spirit of the living God was calling you home. “It was time!” There be a time a time more important than man. You took that time and asked Jesus Christ to forgive your sin, you realized that you need it a savior. You confessed with your mouth and believed with your heart and accepted Jesus into your heart. You gave the family a gift, The greatest gift known to mankind when you accepted Christ Jesus into your heart on Christmas Eve. We rejoice with you dad. Now you know all those times that we told you about Him and mom talked to you about His love and saving grace. You’re living … you’re not dead. You’re in the hands of God, your creator who loved you so much so that you should not perish but have ever lasting life. And because of who He is, your family is at peace. I miss you dad, I’ll see you soon!

    We love you ❤️

    Your family
