  1. I am so sad to hear about Rachel. I think of her often and have tried to “track her down” to catch up and see how she was doing. We had so many wonderful times together and I considered Rachel one of my close freinds in high school. She was always full of life and laughter.
Please know I am praying for all of you, I can not imagine the grief and sorrow you must be expereinceing and you will be in my heart as you process the loss of precious Rachel.

  5. I’m still shocked and saddened by Rachel’s untimely passing. As someone else mentioned, she truly had a heart of gold. We were dear friends at Austin Jr High and played tennis together. I didn’t see her much in high school but we connected through FB a few months and we would talk for hours on the phone as if years had not passed us by. She loved the Lord and her family and I loved her heart for animals. No matter the pain and injury she endured, she never failed to about my life. I also loved her wit. She will be missed but she’s now in the arms of Jess. My thoughts and prayers will be with you all during this time.

  6. My heart has no words-even though we didn’t talk as much over the past few years I remember Rachel fondly-high school would not have been as fun and exciting without her-Her ever changing AMAZING hairstyles were the envy of many who could have never pulled off the looks Rachel did-I remember when we had “FLOUR BABIES” and Rachel dropped her’s from the upstairs of Tascosa high school distributing flour guts all over those down below…..she was amazing and will be missed!❤️

  7. So sorry to hear this very sad new, I worked with her, and enjoyed her very much. She was a wonderful hairdresser, and a friend. She will be very much missed.

  8. Jo Marie and Jimmy,
I cannot imagine your broken-hearts with-this-loss but I can remember all-of-the family in-my-prayers. This is one I haven’t experienced to say I know what you are feeling. Grieve-as-you must, not-as-others will say is right, wrong or indifferent. I can say cling to our-Lord’s unfailing and unchanging hand, He will never let go of yours. It is okay to be angry or upset, let-the-tears flow.
