Robert “Bobby” Shay Ledbetter, 35, of Amarillo, TX passed away on November 6, 2021.

Services will be at 1:00 P.M., Friday, November 12, 2021, in the Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Pampa, TX. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Bobby was born in El Paso, TX on March 20, 1986, to Karla and Larry Ledbetter. He married April Laycock in Amarillo, TX on October 30, 2016.

Bobby grew up in Pampa, hunting and fishing with his PaPa and brothers.  He took guitar lessons for many years but turned out to be an amazing drummer on his own.  He was an outstanding tile installer.  He enjoyed art and expressed it to the world through his work.  He loved spending time at the lake and river with his family.

Bobby was a wonderful father, husband, son, brother, uncle,  cousin, and friend.  He touched many lives and will be greatly missed. He will rock on in our hearts forever.

He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Ledbetter.

Survivors include his wife, April Ledbetter; children, Elyssa Ledbetter and Eli Ledbetter; mother, Karla Ledbetter; two brothers, Ben Ledbetter and his wife Rachel, and Jacob Ledbetter; and his nephews, Tyler Ledbetter, Kolton Ledbetter and Aiden Ledbetter; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

  2. Bobby was a great man and will be missed dearly. We were blessed to work with him for many years. Rest in Peace Bobby! Our prayers and deepest condolences to his family and friends.
