  1. Dr. Cotton was a caring and compassionate man, he and Jane were a great team. Since a visit usually involved stitches or a shot, can’t say I was ever happy to see him but I was always happy to leave, I knew he was taking good care of me and my family and we were on the mend. Prayers and peace for Dr. Cotton’s family, he now rests in the presence of the Great Physician. No replacing Dr. Cotton.

Dr. Cotton was our Dr. and that of our parents until he retired. We all grieved when we had to find a new Dr. because there was no equal to Dr. Cotton. As simple as this sounds, he knew his patients, knew how to treat them, and he was just so good at it!! He reminded us of the country physicians of a bygone era because he knew the people he cared for. What a gift he was to his patients and his community. Because of that, we cannot imagine the depth of your loss. May God bless you and keep you.
