Services will be at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, September 15, 2022, at First Baptist Church in Groom, TX. Burial will be in the Groom Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Rosa was born in Los Angeles, CA on August 30, 1928, to Eusebia and Agapito Chavez.
Rosa enjoyed cooking and helping others. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Groom.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesus Martinez Lopez.
Survivors include her son, Juan Lopez and wife Maria; grandchildren, Anthony Lopez, and Esteban Lopez; great-grandchildren, Silas Lopez, Sophia Lopez, and Rylee Lopez; sister, Raquel Chavez.
