Sandra Kay Troth, 82, of Amarillo, Texas went to be with the Lord on August
22, 2023.
Memorial service will be at 11:00 AM, Friday, August 25, 2023 at Boxwell Brothers. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.
Sandra was born July 26, 1941 in Phillips, TX to Stanley and Alice Troth. She graduated from Palo Duro High School. She retired as an accountant from the U.S. Federal Government.
Sandra loved God with all her heart and instilled her faith in her children at very young age. During her time she lived in many states and countries. She had a passion for sightseeing, as well as learning the customs and cultures of where she lived. She enjoyed going to the Boys Ranch Rodeo, watching the Texas Rangers, and was an avid football fan. Most of all, she cherished her family and spent any time she could with them.
She is preceded in death by her parents Stanley Troth and Alice Troth; and sister Sharon Elliott.
Sandra is survived by daughter, Cindy Davis and husband Roland; son, Jim Patterson and wife Eva; sister, Sonja Smith; grandchildren, AJ and wife Vanessa, Dustin and wife Savanna, Allison and husband Don, Addy, Emma, Jordon, and Eric and wife Josie; and great-grandchildren, Keaton, Hadley, Mackenzie, Noah, Ellie, and one on the way. Along with two nieces and one nephew.
I am so sorry to learn of Sandy’s passing today August 31st. She was a great friend and co-worker.

Mrs. Troth was one of the kindest people we have had the honor of knowing. She always had a big smile to greet you and a story that could make you feel right at home in a minute. She loved her family and was so proud of them. We would talk about them for hours when we got together.
