Seth, the youngest of 6 children, was born in Clovis, New Mexico on December 10, 1980, to Patricia and Wayne Jackson. Seth graduated high school in San Jon, NM and attended Lubbock Christian University before working at Southwest Airlines and then hiring out with BNSF Railroad as a conductor. He was a brilliant thinker, which helped him become an expert in many hobbies and trades. Seth dabbled in cooking, insurance sales, knife making, gun building, mechanics, and blacksmithing, while completing a successful career at BNSF as an engineer.

Seth is survived by 2 beautiful daughters and lights of his life; Andee (16) and Marnee (10) in Lubbock, TX. He was also survived by his parents; Wayne Jackson of Gravette, AR and Patricia Jackson of Amarillo, TX. Seth has 5 surviving siblings; Glynna Strand of Logan, NM, Heath Jackson of San Antonio, TX, Robert Jackson of Gravette, AR, Cheryl Woodard of Bloomfield, NM, and Bryan Karns of Chickasha, OK.

Seth was a kind and generous man who always put others before himself. He was a loving father, son, brother, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. CT in the Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

  2. Wrapping you and your family in love. Seth was always an absolute sweetheart to me. I have fond memories getting to spend time with him, Heath and all the guys. Praying for all you need during this time and in the days to come. Extra hug to you, Heath-love you.
