Susan C. Lancaster, 70, of Amarillo, TX died Tuesday, March 19, 2024.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery East. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Susan was born January 21, 1954, in Amarillo, TX to Jessie and Elisa Lancaster. After high school, she proudly served in the US Army, she then chose a career as a corrections officer with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
She was preceded in death by her dad, Jessie Lancaster, and most recently by her mother, Elisa Lancaster, on February 21, 2024.
Survivors include brother, Randall Lancaster Sr,
and wife Laurie, of Tyler, TX; a niece, Kristie Lancaster, of Amarillo, TX; and nephews, Randy Lancaster Jr, and Freddy Platt and wife Michelle, all of Tyler, TX; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
