  2. I only just now saw this post. Mrs. Adams was my first grade teacher when we moved to Hereford in 1969. With some of my classmates and me to contend with, sometimes I’m surprised she stayed in teaching. I loved her because she was tall (I loved her height probably because I was tall as well) and kind and she made me feel at ease even though I came to school so late in the year. I have never forgotten her smile. Terri, I’m so very sorry for your and Loree’s loss.

  3. Susan was my mentor in many ways. We shared the joys of teaching & love of life. We also had some sorrows along the way. I am so glad she was a part of my life. It was a privilege to know her and I miss her.

  4. So much love for Susan and her family. Many fond memories of her as my first grade teacher and she was my ex mother in laws best friend as they taught school together for many years. Prayers of comfort to all her family. May she Rest In Peace.

  8. Terri, please know you are in my prayers as you adjust to your dear momma’s physical absence. Your momma loved life and I believe she used every ounce until her homecoming to be with our Lord.
