  1. I worked for many years with Victor as a fellow Inspector. He was a truly good and intelligent man and a fine example of a Christian man. He was always willing to listen and help in anyway he could to make someone’s life better. Never showed a sign of disrespect for any person. Wish I could have known sooner of his passing, would have offered an Honor Mission for him and his family to honor his service to our country which he loved and supported. Rest now Victor in the arms of your Saviour Jesus, we talked together many times about Him, the body of Christ, morals and values. Till we meet again my good friend. George
