Barb was the oldest daughter and I was the youngest. There was 15 years difference in our ages. I don’t even remember her living in our home as she married at age 17! But I loved her with all my heart and we stayed very close through the years She was a prayer warrior and she spent a lot of time in prayer and reading her Bible She is missed but we know there will be a great homecoming one of these days.
My Grandmother was a devout Christian who loved her family and friends with all her heart. I’ll fondly remember all the Christmases and Birthdays where she was sure to go out of her way to let you know she cared by making it special. She never missed an opportunity to show how much she loved and appreciated the ones she cared about whether it was by a simple phone call or a greeting card. I loved my sweet Grandmother so much, and her laughter and light will be dearly missed.
I will always remember Barbara as a happy, full of energy woman , full of life. The time I spent with her working in the cafeteria were good times full of laughs and lessons. She was such a wonderfully nice lady.
So sorry for your loss. She is happy with your Dad. Even though you will miss her, no more sadness no more pain. God bless you
