Aaliyah was the type of person who always stood her ground because she believed in herself. Aaliyah had the ability to make those around her feel completely in the moment. Her energy was infectious, and her laugh was contagious.
You could always find Aaliyah partaking in creative endeavors, such as drawing, singing, and painting. Aaliyah was bright and a free spirit. Her family will honor her memory by sharing her message with the world.
Aaliyah is survived by her parents, Shawn and Stefanie, along with her 3 siblings: Cobe, Neci and Memphis Veach.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.
We are so so sorry for the great loss! Our love and prayers of comfort to each of you.
Love, Anthony and Kim McWilliams
So very sorry for your loss! You all are in our prayers!!
Aaliyah was so very loved! Her Momo and Poppy adored her and helped her every way possible. I’ve known her since she was born and she was just the cutest little thing. At a drive through at Chick Fil A recently, she took our order in line and had that same beautiful smile. She will certainly be missed.❤️
So sorry for your loss prima ❤ you all
My condolences to my cousin Nita and her family….RIP Aliya🙏🕊♥️

I only knew Aliya through work, but we talked quite a few times. Her passing saddens me greatly. I only hope she is now at peace and can finally be free.
