  1. Here was a man who experienced tragedy in his family and had a serious health issue. But, never showed it. Always had a smile on his face and served and helped so many individuals. He demonstrated continually God’s strength in his life. Our prayers are with you Marlene and family. Ron and Gail

  4. I spent 8 of Jack’s 34 AISD board years as a member with him. No one took the job more seriously than Jack. He was always the quintessential gentleman—interested and involved in anything “school.” I wish him “…fair winds and following seas!”

    1. Our thoughts and prayers are with y’all. What a wonderful man of great faith. I remember when he was given 3 months to live and he put his trust in God. He and I had many discussions about illness, death and dying. He was the first one to my parents house when my dad died. He was such a comfort to us in many ways.
