Patricia Ann (Wolfe) Davidson, age 86 of Amarillo (formerly of Tucumcari, NM) entered her Heavenly home on Monday, January 10th.

Services will be at 10am on Saturday, January 15th at Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel, with Robbie Ashlock, Pastor of Family Life Church, Amarillo officiating.  Burial will be at 2pm (CT) in Tucumcari, NM. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd., Amarillo.

Patricia was born on April 4, 1935 in Southwest City, Missouri to Marion Edith Saltz and Wilburn Ronald Wolfe. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church, Tucumcari, NM.

She was known to her family as “Tish or Nana” and to her friends as “Pat”. She enjoyed using her hands in many ways: sewing, quilting, crocheting, crafting, gardening/canning, cooking/baking and playing the piano. She received a Bachelor of Music degree from Kansas State Teacher’s College. Her career was as an Elementary Music Teacher, retiring, after 21 years, from Tucumcari ISD in 1991. She taught private piano lessons and served as church pianist for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Ernest in 2013; son, Patrick Paul in 2018; Mother, Marion in 1989; Father, Wilburn in 1964; and brother, Charles Edwards Wolfe in 2010.

Survivors include her son, Barry and wife, Donnell, of Amarillo, TX; daughter-in-law, Christine, of Lakeside, CA; 7 Grandchildren- Ashley Gardner, of Canyon, TX; Brandee Salisbury and husband, Jason of Canyon, TX; Courtney Whatley and husband, Matt of Conway, SC; Beau Davidson and wife, Felisha of Edmond, OK; Cole Davidson and wife, Mekayla of Lakeside, CA; Darbi Davidson of Lakeside, CA; and Nick Misner and wife Casandra of Denver, CO. Brother, Ronald Wolfe and wife Jackie of Jay, OK; Sister Marilyn Abercrombie and husband David of Neosho, MO; Sister-in-law, Judy Wolfe of Southwest City, MO. 18 Great-Grandchildren- Ryan & Logan Malleck; Garen & Ava Gardner; Braxton, Haylee, & Slaton Spinks; Gavin Salisbury; Hadlee & Holland Davidson; Camden, Casen & Cruz Davidson; Mattye, Cayden & Lincoln Whatley; and Jack & Scarlett Misner. Many Nieces and Nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5 – 6:30 pm Friday, January 14th, at the funeral home.

  1. We shared many tears and laughs together. I am really glad the Lord put Pat in my life. I loved her dearly. She is not hurting anymore and is with the Savior.

  2. She put her heart and soul in the piano and music of Trinity Baptist Church of Tucumcari, New Mexico. She was a solid a Solid Southern Baptist gal to its fullest dimensions. We loved her dearly !!
