Tatum Gray Renee Madrid, 3, of Amarillo, TX passed away on June 10, 2021.

Services will be at 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at Hillside Christian Church with Greg Corona officiating. Burial will be at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Tatum was born in Amarillo, TX on December 4, 2017, to Logan and Mason Madrid.

Tatum was a beautiful, energetic, and sassy little girl. She never met a stranger, but if you were considered a best friend, she meant it. Tatum’s best friend was of course her bubba, Kason. Tatum was his biggest cheerleader. Rather it was him walking the stage at kindergarten graduation or cheering him and the Outlaws on at the baseball games. There is no better feeling than when Tatum would run into your arms with the biggest smile and give you her best hugs. Tatum not only was a talker she was a great storyteller. Some of her best storytelling came through her expressions.

Tatum loved dancing, singing, gymnastics, taking photos, and of course collecting rocks. Tatum loved big. She lightened everyone’s life.

Survivors include her parents, Mason and Logan Madrid; brother, Kason Madrid; grandparents, Dennis Gardner “Boss”, Vicki Gardner “Zizi/Mimzi”, Jason Madrid “Papa”, and Gari Madrid “Mimi”; great-grandparents, David Richerson “Pawpaw”, Pam Richerson “Gigi”, and Rosa Garcia “Nana”; great-great-grandparent, Marylee Richerson “Marylee”; uncles, Chase, Dil, and Jojo; aunts, KK, Lacie, and Marissa; and cousins, Breyleigh, and Bennett.
