Barbara Clark, 78, of Amarillo, TX went to walk with her Lord and Savior, Jesus, on August 12, 2020.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M., Sunday, August 16, 2020, at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, August 17, 2020, at Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel with Matt Cordova officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 14200 I-27. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Barbara was born on June 8, 1942 in Los Angeles, CA.  She was raised by her parents Don and Doris Beall.  She was a dietitian and a home health aide.

She married Charles “Doc” Clark on October 25, 1960 in Las Vegas, NV.

Barbara loved her family more than anything in this world. She was a caretaker for anyone who needed it, and always put others above herself. She loved the Lord with all her mind, heart, and soul. Barbara made an impact on every person she met. She will be greatly missed by many, but never forgotten.

Barbara was preceded in death by her father, Don Beall; sister, Caroline Thomas; sons, Robert Clark, and James Clark; and grandson, James Clark, Jr.

Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Charles “Doc” Clark, of Amarillo, TX; children, Danny Clark, of Amarillo, TX, John Clark, of Amarillo, TX, and Lisa Weatherly and husband John, of Amarillo, TX; grandchildren, D.J., Samantha, Bradley and wife Tasha, Lita, Jessica and husband Nic, Jonathan and wife Anslee, Ashley, Jacob, Caleb, Katlyn, Joshua, and Jordan; seven great-grandchildren; mother, Doris Beall, of Tujunga Canyon, CA; sister, Kelli Russo and husband Mike, of Sunland, CA; sister, Suzan Moscicki and husband Chris, of Santa Clarita, CA; brother, Donny Beall and wife Beverly of Lake Havasu, NV; sister, Connie Miks and husband Bill, of Clovis, CA; sister, Joan Hooks and husband Bud, of Chapin, SC; brother, Clayton Vaughn, of CA; and many nieces and nephews.

  1. You will be missed , she was such a friendly and sweet lady to know as she would pickup Katlin from School eternal rest grant onto her Lord

  2. Words cannot express the sorrow we are feeling with the loss of our Sister and Aunt. We are offering our thoughts and prayers as she enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Barbara you will be deeply missed. We Love You.

  3. Barbara, I fell in love with your sweet face and heart when you were my patient every two weeks. It saddens me that I will no longer be able to see your smiling face, but know you are dancing with our Lord in Heaven. God bless your beautiful family, for I felt they were mine as well. Many prayers to all of Barbara’s family and friends. She has definitely left a mark on my heart and will be greatly missed.
