  1. So sorry to hear this. Sarah was a beautiful and wonderful woman I have such great memories . Our families had some great times at Avondale Baptist Church. The fun times after church. together. When Sarah, Mom, Sue, Jo, snd Erleine got together there was always fun and laughter. Can you imagine when all these couples got back together what a joyful reunion that was! Praying for you all!! Old friends are always the best! Love !

  2. So sorry we did not know of this sooner. What a kind and thoughtful person Sarah was. Knowing her all these years has been a pleasure. I know she will be missed.

  3. Such a great woman, I loved working for J.D. for a few years. I enjoyed visiting with Sarah whenever she was in the office. Miss both of them.

  4. Such a precious person and a precious family. Sarah is missed already but I am happy she is in a better place with her husband. I love her very much!

  5. I love you Sarah and will miss you dearly! I know you have found peace and comfort in the arms of our Lord and Savior, and your precious Dean. You were a tremendous blessing to me. Your stories and jokes meant so much to me. You always put a smile on my face, even while you were in pain. I loved being your hairdresser and friend. When I brought you food, you always thanked me and told me I was the best cook! I loved doing that for you! I will never forget you, as you have impacted my life greatly. Rest in the arms of our Lord God, and I will see you again, my dear Sarah! And I bet the first thing you say to me is “Well did you bring me some of your broccoli cheese soup?”
