Ronnie “Pappy” Arthur Perry, 64, of Amarillo, TX passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2020.

 
He was born on September 6, 1956, in Pontotoc, Mississippi to Raymond & Bobbie Perry. He grew up in Amarillo and attended Palo Duro High School where he met his high school sweetheart Cindi and they were married for 48 years.
 
He was preceded in death by both of his parents; two sisters, Sharon Roy and Charlene Thornton; a brother, Jim Perry; and a precious granddaughter, Alyssa Michelle Webber.
 
Pappy was a “Folgers” lover! By golly, He always had his coffee cup in his hand or close by. He had such an amazing heart and would do anything for his family. He loved working in his yard and experimented planting different flowers and vegetables. He was an avid reader of all sorts, he loved music of any kind and also enjoyed watching Westerns.
 
Ronnie is survived by his wife Cindi, of Amarillo; daughter, Keri Webber and husband Greg; son, Ronnie Perry Sr. and wife Helen; eight grandchildren, Myriah Arney and husband Clinton, Anastacia Vazquez and husband Juan, Ronnie Perry Jr. and wife Haley, Braiden Perry, Gregory Webber, Nicci Chavez and husband Joben, Garrett Perry, Han’nah Perry, and Kallie Webber; and nine great-grandbabies, Blayden, Joziah, Jah’zel, Rae’lynn, Dixie, Brenton, Sienna, Xyla’bri, and Serenity, all of Amarillo.
 
His surviving siblings, Donald Perry and wife Angela of Amarillo, Cindy Henderson of Pflugerville, Texas, Cathy Oakes and husband Frank, Richard Perry and wife Toni, Wayne Perry of Missouri, and R.L. Perry and wife Doris of Dallas, Texas.
 
The family has requested services to be held at a later date and will be announced.

Ronnie we’ve been friends me you Cindy Frankie Edward Kathy Mary can’t forget cindy brother John since what fourth grade you and Cindy and my brother and his wife y’all got married together double wedding I’ll never forget our friendship and the love I have for y’all and you are my brother-in-law’s brother but I love you and you will be very missed and you know your wife I love her and the kids we will see each other again this doesn’t seem real R.I.P my dear friend love you
