Tangela Gail Hollon

Tangela Gail Hollon, 61, of Amarillo, TX died Tuesday, December 28, 2021.

Services will be at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, January 4, 2022, in Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel.  Burial will be at 2:00 P.M. at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Pampa, Texas.  Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Tangela was born on January 18, 1960, in Pampa, Texas to Janice and Jerry Hollon.  She was very giving person, helpful to her neighbors and loved cooking for everyone.   Most importantly she was a great mother and her daughter’s best friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jerry and Janice Hollon and her boyfriend, Jim Stewart.

She is survived by two daughters, Misty Millwood Bard and Shawna Cahill and son-in-law,  Trevor Cortez,  all of Amarillo; brother, Andy Branscum of Amarillo; sister, Pamela Thomas of Pampa; a bonus son, Michael Millwood; stepsons, Greg Gresham and Jeff Gresham; three grandchildren, Tyson Cortez, Janiece Cortez and Tyler Cortez, all of Amarillo.
