Debbie Mae Powers, 69, of Amarillo, TX went home to be with the Lord on December 3, 2020.

Services will be at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 9, 2020, in the Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Debbie was born in Dumas, TX on October 10, 1951, to Dorothy and James “Sox” Robbins.

She was raised in Stratford and went on to graduate high school in Spearman in 1970.

Debbie worked in the dental field in Amarillo for over 40 years.

Her pride and joy were being a mother and Grandear. She always put her family first and made sure everyone else was okay before herself. She was a very strong and selfless woman and was the best role model for her family.

Survivors include her daughter, Melinda Walker and husband Jerry walker; a son, Jason Powers and wife Chayla Powers; sisters, Shirley Houston, Billie Montgomery, and Wanda Blake; brothers, Ronnie Robbins, and Donnie Robbins; grandchildren, Eric, Makaela, Madison, Bennett, Brinkleigh, and Everly; great-grandchildren, Emberlynn, Trinity, and Myles; and her beloved pup, Tootsie.
