Jason Daye Keel, 58, of Amarillo, TX lost his battle with cancer on Wednesday, December 30, 2020.

Jason was born on October 23, 1961, at Loring Air Force Base in Maine.  He participated in Cub Scouts and attended Paramount Baptist Church of Amarillo as a youth.  He was a 1980 graduate of Canyon High School, and he was an active member of St. Stephen United Methodist Church of Amarillo throughout his adult life.  He also enjoyed activities at the Agape Center of Polk Street United Methodist Church for many years.

He is survived by his father and mother, USAF Tech-Sgt. Herman (retd.) and Roylene Keel of Amarillo; brothers, USAF Master Sgt. Curtis Keel (retd.) of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Collin Keel of Lubbock, Texas; one uncle; three aunts; and many cousins.

Mr. Keel’s family greatly appreciates the many years of love and support shown to Jason by his church family and especially the members of the L.I.F.T. Sunday school class.

Services will be held on Friday, January 15, 2021, at 1 PM at St. Stephen United Methodist Church, 4600 S. Western St.
