Larry Martin Pierce, 79, of Amarillo, TX passed away on September 5, 2021.

Memorial services will be at 3:30 P.M., Sunday, September 12, 2021, at the Bushland Church of Christ.

Larry was born in Hollis, OK on September 30, 1942, to Jimmie and R.G. Pierce.

Larry served in the United States Navy. He was the co-owner of Pierces Boatel in Logan, NM for many years. He was a life-long Christian, among his favorite Churches of Christ were Logan, Golden Plains, and Bushland.

Larry was a boat mechanic for over 70 years. He enjoyed boat racing, was a volunteer rescue diver, and a volunteer EMT in Logan, NM.

Larry loved his family, especially his sons.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jimmie and R.G. Pierce.

He is survived by his wife, Terry M. Pierce, of Amarillo, TX; sons, Matthew and wife Ginger Pierce, of College Station, TX, Michael and wife Laura Pierce, of Albuquerque, NM, and Tim and wife Amy Pierce, of Canadian, TX; brother, Alan Pierce, Pottsboro, TX; grandchildren, Ryan and Emma Pierce, of College Station, TX, and Olivia and Hunter Pierce of Canadian, TX; and great-granddaughter, Dani Pierce, of College Station, TX.
